Benefits

Helping you gain and grow

Each of our schools is unique, but all share a common goal to achieve the best for every child by offering a bespoke approach to education.
About

Students

KSI enables students to achieve their goals by creating personalised learning experiences that accelerate their progress. For academic students with aspirations to attend a Russell Group University, we provide access to tertiary level academic links. Alternatively, for students that wish to train for a vocational qualification, we support them in developing their workplace competencies both in and out of the classroom. All our students will benefit from our extra-curricular and innovative curricular offers.
About

Parents

Parents trust KSI to challenge, stretch and nurture their child. We prioritise wellbeing and inclusion, making sure that every class is accessible to every student. This influences plans, policies and procedures at every school KSI works with, as we believe a successful school is a happy one.
About

Teachers

KSI’s culture of continuous improvement extends beyond our students; we are committed to building upon staff’s expertise through continuous professional development that enhances the careers of our teachers, and ultimately benefitting their students. In addition, KSI take staff wellbeing seriously and supports our staff beyond the classroom. KSI have recently become the founding partner of The Wellbeing Research Centre at The University of Oxford to inform our best practice.

About

Wellbeing Research Centre, Oxford University

We are a founding partner of Oxford University’s Wellbeing Research Centre, which is an interdisciplinary research group at the cutting edge of wellbeing science.

The Centre aims to advance the collective understanding of human wellbeing, to help communities around the world put wellbeing at the heart of their decision-making, and to effectively improve the quality of life for current and future generations.

Its work focuses on four areas of wellbeing: measurement, cause and effect, policy and intervention, and the future of wellbeing. The Centre’s research has appeared in 75,000 academic citations and reached 780 million people globally.

At KSI Education, we apply the Centre’s research and insights to guide our overall approach and inform the content of our wellbeing and inclusivity programmes.
